What is Vivace Bella?
Vivace Bella is several things at once. First of all, it's a dream. It is the dream that young women can rise above the self-centered, materialistic and relativistic ethos currently espoused by most major cultural outlets. It is the dream that they can embrace the classic virtues of industry, prudence, justice, and sincerity. It is the ardent conviction that women want more than what they're currently being fed and that they're smarter than to believe the cultural lies that are passed off as wisdom.
Vivace Bella seeks to restore women's dignity through education, empowerment, and support. It is a movement, an online community, and a mindset. We do not emphasize or promote one image of femininity, except to reject those concepts that are inherently degrading of women. We believe that the systematic degradation of women's dignity, virtue, education, and personhood has led to a widespread confusion among women concerning who they are, who they can be, and who they want to be. With so many "choices" facing them, women have forgotten what is Good in life and are now falling to the same social diseases that for so long affected men: materialism, rampant objectification of the opposite sex, lust vanity, pride, and power-hunger.
Bottom Line: We think that women deserve better.
